One of my resolutions in year 2009 is to settle down in a cell group. Calista and I had been having our honey moon for the last 2 years. We visited a few cell groups but yet still can’t find one to settle down.
Last Friday (09.01.09), Calista and I went and meet up one of the cells. This cell was recommended by my ex-colleague. I have been wanted to visit the cell too but always finding reason not to go. Now finally we met. That night we have no cell meeting but we went for dinner at The Curve. The cell members were quite friendly and we can click very well. Calista and I felt quite comfortable with them too.
We pray that this is the cell that God want us to be. And through this cell, we would be able to grow strongly in faith with God.

well, cell group is a christian gathering where we meet each other every week (usually is on friday) in one of the member's house. what we do here is we will worship God by singing christian songs. then we will all sit down and share wat has happened to us in the week, anythg to thank God for or anythg to pray for? then after that we will read some verses in the bible and we will share again wat this verses meant to us. basically is sharing and get to know each other better. maybe from other members experience, we would be able to learn somethg from them. it's quite interesting and tats where we can learn english too cuz usually in the cell meetings, we speak english. :)
other than this, we will organise activities, games, and so forth. just like last night, both calista and i just signed up for competition in our church. we will b playing monopoly in church competing with other cell members.
hehe...must b quite fun.. :)
