Wow! This week the majority of my working days were attending training. What a fantastic week! I like trainings..training is the way for improvement. ;) Allow me to share a bit of the trainings that I've attended:
a) Microsoft Excel 2003 (Advanced) - 7th & 8th May 2007
I've wanted to learn Pivot Table all these while & finally I have this chance. But can't imagine that this training not only taught me how to create a pivot table but also other skills such as subtotal & outlining, consolidation data, etc. It has really given a great help as I do a lot of data analysis everyday. ;)
b) Customer Service Skills - 12th May 2007
Even though it is just one day training, the lessons that I've learned has really benefited me. In this training I've learnt the words that should use & not to use. I guess everyone including me used to say "I'll try my best", "as soon as possible", "can I help you" & so on.. Actually in customer service line, we are not supposed to say these words especially ASAP. Cuz your soon may not be the same as customer's soon. We must provide customer an exact TIME.
It was a fun training & I really thank God for my company that provides us the trainings. The next training for me will be the Supervisory Skills training on 24th May 2007. I'm really looking forward. ;)
